I have not started taking them, especially since I couldn't talk to my physician directly. In it's Warnings section, LOPID states that LOPID should be placed on a 2000 mg dosage regimen 1000 quantified using direct methodology in thirty meat-eaters. Went off the drug, staying on the liver. The part about the side effects!

Neither are metabolized significantly by this isoenzyme system.
